New Year is an occasion to make resolutions and renew yourself, they say. Someone rightly pointed out: No matter how old you are, you are younger than you'll ever be again. So, here comes another brand new year that I believe will open up new avenues of peace and prosperity in our country.
Yesterday afternoon, as the dead mobiles resurrected, greeting started flooding over the SMSes. Keeping in touch through the mediums available has been the latest buzz in towns. So, the mobile generation is here to rule. What does New Year have in store for Nepalis? Prediction, they say, is a risky business. But, I daresay, we are heading for Loktantrik (democratic) Year 2063. Happy New Year! Happy Loktantra!
